Shipping & Returns
Items will ship via USPS within 2-4 business days. LILYMAES is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Please contact your local USPS for assistance once they take possession of the package.
Shipments occur only on weekdays and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Orders placed after noon on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Standard shipping is $10 for online orders.
We do offer FREE local pickup on all orders. This is an option to select during checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
CHANGING AN ORDER:
If you need to make a change to an order, please call 919-453-0113 or email at email@example.com within 1 hour of placing the order. We ship fast, therefore the time to make any changes is small. Please provide the order number, item name/number and what change you want to make. We’ll try our best to assist you.
CANCELING AN ORDER:
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed or canceled. Please follow the return policy for items that need to be returned. You can contact us at 919-453-0113 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can try to cancel the order if it hasn’t been processed yet.
We accept returns for full refund in the original form of payment, within 14 days of purchase. A receipt must be present. All items must be in their original packaging and all tags must be attached. Item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All sales on SALE and CLEARANCE items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
We accept returns to the original form of payment within 14 days in which you received your order. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item(s). The $10 paid to ship the items to you is not refunded, only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded. We will apply the amount back to your credit card within 2-3 days of receiving the item.

DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED:
If you believe that you received an item(s) that is defective or we shipped incorrect item(s) to you, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment or item(s) cannot be returned.
