Items will ship via USPS within 2-4 business days. LILYMAES is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. Please contact your local USPS for assistance once they take possession of the package. Standard shipping is $10 for online orders. We do offer FREE local pickup on all orders.
We accept returns for a store credit, or full refund in the original form of payment, within 14 days of purchase. A receipt must be present. All items must be in their original packaging and all tags must be attached. Item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
All sales on SALE and CLEARANCE items are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.
When returning an item that was shipped, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The $10 paid to ship the items to you is not refunded, only the cost of the product will be refunded. We will apply the amount back to your credit card within 2-3 days of receiving the item.
If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us at email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include the order number, item name/number, details about the defect and attach a picture.
CHANGING AN ORDER
If you need to make an order change please call 919-453-0113 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of placing the order. We ship fast, therefore the time to make any changes is small. Please provide the order number, item name/number and what change you want to make. We’ll try our best to assist you.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed or canceled. Please follow the return policy for items that need to be returned.
