HOW WILL MY ONLINE ORDER SHIP?  We ship USPS in the continental USA only.

WHEN WILL MY ONLINE ORDER SHIP?  We ship online orders Monday – Friday within the same day or within 24 hours. Orders placed after noon on Friday, on weekends or Holidays will ship the next business day. You will get an order confirmation and shipping confirmation via email automatically.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE PURCHASE TO THE STORE?  If you purchased an item(s) online and would like to return to our store, we will gladly exchange or refund back to the original form of payment for your unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receiving your online purchase.

CAN I ORDER ITEM(S) OVER THE PHONE?  Yes, you can order via phone for anything you see on our website, Instagram or Facebook and we can email you an invoice to pay. As soon as the invoice is paid, we will start processing your order to ship. Please call us during the following times:

Monday-Saturday: 10am-5pm
Sunday: 12pm-4pm

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?  Giftwrap is available on some items. You can check the box “For $0.0 please wrap the products in this order”. If you only need certain items wrapped, please note in the box “Gift Message” what you want wrapped and if there multiple items, then let us know if they should get wrapped separate or together.
