We ship USPS in the continental USA only.
We ship online orders Monday – Friday within the same day or within 24 hours. Orders placed after noon on Friday, on weekends, or Holidays will ship the next business day. You will get an order confirmation and shipping confirmation via email automatically.
If you purchased an item(s) online and would like to return it to our store, we will gladly exchange or refund it back to the original form of payment for your unwanted item(s) within 14 days of receiving your online purchase.

Yes, you can order via phone for anything you see on our website, Instagram or Facebook and we can email you an invoice to pay. As soon as the invoice is paid, we will start processing your order to ship. Please call us during the following times:
Monday-Saturday: 10am-5pm
Sunday: 12pm-4pm
Giftwrap is available on some items. You can check the box “For $0.0 please wrap the products in this order”. If you only need certain items wrapped, please note in the box “Gift Message” what you want to be wrapped and if there are multiple items, then let us know if they should get wrapped separately or together.
